Jen Pugliese is known for transforming Gotham and Maybelline’s broadcast model into a fully integrated, 360°, content powerhouse - all while building and mentoring a high performing production, business affairs, and editorial team. The team won its first Clio and Webby Award for Maybelline’s “Only Icons” Campaign in 2025. Jen is very proud of the work on Brave Together, a mental heath program endorsed by Naomi Osaka and continues to raise awareness, daily. During her 7 year tenure at Gotham, Jen also worked on Essie, Gloria Vanderbilt, Rodan and Fields and Scotch Brite.
Before Gotham, Jen produced at Grey for Cover Girl, Clairol and many other Proctor and Gamble brands. Launched over 10 celebrity partnerships that led to movie tie ins, custom makeup collections and sponsorships. She was also part of the team that received great success on Canon’s “Project Imagination” with Ron Howard and also took home a Creative Arts Emmy for Canon’s “Inspired” Campaign.
Jen has a strong work ethic, is a creative thinker, and has the ability to adapt, like no other. Her leadership is grounded in curiosity, optimism and a genuine love for teaching and collaboration. No matter how big or small the project is, Jen will provide clarity and will share her energy to get the job done.
FUN FACTS:
Jen started the first women’s lacrosse team for Nassau Community College in the early 90’s
Jen grew up in hospitality, only to refine it later into production.
Jen is a loving “Aunt Jen” to 14 nieces and nephews.
Jen brings people together and the joy she exudes is real.
